Ready to shake up your movement routine? Our famous 5X5 Challenge is back. We challenge you to complete 25 classes in 5 weeks from 20 May – 23 June.

This challenge is all about progress, not perfection. It's about making movement a part of your everyday routine so you can feel strong in both your body and your mind. Plus, it’s absolutely free for members and anyone with a current pricing option – there's no joining fees!

How do I sign up for the challenge?

Simply collect a challenge card in-studio and write your full name on it! Just make sure you don’t start ticking off your classes until 20 May.

I'm already a member, do I need to to purchase a challenge pack?

If your current membership covers you for all 25 classes, whether it be a class pack, direct debit or upfront membership, you’re good to go!

What does the 5X5 Challenge Pack include?

The 5X5 Challenge pack includes 25 x classes which can be used across mat Pilates, yoga and reformer. The classes are only valid during the challenge, from 20 May – 23 June. Click here to find your nearest studio and purchase your challenge pack.

Which classes are valid for the challenge?

Every single class on our schedule is included in the 5X5 Challenge. 

I'm a beginner, can I do the 5X5 Challenge?

Absolutely! The challenge is open to everyone of all levels and is a great way to kickstart your practice. If you’re new to the studio, remember balance is key. Balance out your practice by meeting a hot strength cardio with a restorative Warm Yin Yoga class and listening to what your body needs.

Can I complete more classes in some weeks and less in others?

You don’t have to complete exactly five classes every week – it’s up to you how you space out your classes. You could do four classes one week, then six the next! The goal is simply to complete 25 classes over the 5 week period.

I'm pregnant, can I still complete the challenge?

All of our classes count towards the challenge, including our pre/postnatal classes. You are certainly welcome to complete the challenge through our Warm Yin Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga and our Pre/Postnatal Reformer. We recommend listening to your body and ask that you please seek medical advice before getting started.  

Can I do the challenge across multiple studios?

Most of our pricing options only cover you for access at one studio, however if you purchase one of our “Access All Locations” class packs, you can complete the challenge across multiple studios.

What happens if I don't use all of the passes in my challenge pack?

Our challenge pack is only valid from 20 May – 23 June. Any remaining classes on your pack will expire at the end of the challenge. However, if you choose to complete the challenge with our regular class packs instead, these classes are valid for 12 months.
