We work through the entire body, while using all of your favourite Pilates props. This unique class is intelligently sequenced to challenge you with intention as we focus on sets of upper body, lower body, and core, to maximise muscular endurance and strength. As we move through each set, we will target and work each muscle group to fatigue.
